Tom McNamara & Partners was founded in 1989 and is one of Ireland's premier suppliers of project management services, innovative and reliable cost management services for building / civil engineering projects and electrical / mechanical services across all construction sectors.

However, to many it was not so obvious that we are also part of the Erinaceous Group which offers a broad range of consultancy services throughout the UK and Ireland in the fields of commercial property, residential property and property insurance.

We have recently joined a number of sister companies in setting aside our old trading name and adopting that of our parent. Thus, we have now ceased trading as Tom McNamara & Partners and are now known as Erinaceous.
