Makers Haywards Property Services established joint venture with Keller Group. Group acquires D-G Information Services (Creditfax) and Hanover Park group. |
| 2003 |
Existing property services divisions merged into Haywards Property Services. Remaining shares acquired in Makers Haywards Property Services, now known as Eurica Property Services. New head office opened in Croydon, consolidating five south London offices. Flotation on AIM. |

Group acquires three companies - ISG Occupancy, Jordan's Residential Lettings and Hercules Property Services. Group moves from AIM to the Official List. |
| 2005 | Group acquires Entente (formerly Francis Graves and Naismiths), Leach Rhodes Walker, PPH Commercial, Millar Kitching and Mount Street Holdings companies: CPM, Spring Grove, CPAM, and Vita Insurance. Group acquires Johnson Cooper, Pier Management and part ownership of Core BPO. |
