Within the residential sector, we are the chosen valuer for a number of major residential property funds with holdings throughout Belgravia, Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Mayfair and undertake valuations for lending institutions within these areas and other locations across London and the United Kingdom.
We hold panel appointments for all the 'high street' banks and building societies, together with the majority of independent banks and lending institutions, including many international lenders.
